.Ḳıdvetü ümerāʾi’l-milleti’l-mesīḥiyye Romā imperāṭorı× ṭarafından büyükilçilik ile der-i devlet-medāruma gelen Cenerāl Ġrūf de Virmond×
.ḫutimet ʿavāḳibühū bi-l-ḫayr südde-i saʿādetüme mühürlü ʿarż-ı ḥāl gönderüb

müşārün ileyh Romā imperāṭorı× ṭarafından āsitāne-i saʿādet×ümde muḳīm olacaḳ
.ḳapu ketḫüdāsı yanında tercümānlıḳ ḫidmetinde olmaḳ üzere rāfʿi-i tevḳīʿi refīʿü ş-şān-ı ḫāḳānī Sāġomon veled-i Mālāḳoy(?) naṣb ve taʿyīn olunmaġla
5 ʿahdnāme-i hümāyūnum mūcebince olıgeldügi üzere yedine müceddeden tercümānlıḳ berātı virilmek bābında ʿināyet ricā eylemegin şürūṭıyla yazılmışdur.

So is the imperial sign (nīşān-ı hümāyūn)! General [Damian Hugo] Count of Virmont×—may God end his days propitiously—who came to my gate that is the center of state as grand ambassador from the Roman emperor×, the paragon of the great commanders of the community of Messiah, sent a sealed petition.

Sāġomon(?), son of Malakoy(?), the bearer of the imperial sign of exalted fame, was assigned and appointed to work in the interpretership service of the aforesaid Roman emperor×’s envoy who will reside in my threshold of felicity. The ambassador× requested my favors to issue to him a renewed interpretership charter as it has been the practice in accordance with my imperial letter of agreement (ʿahdnāme-i ḥumāyūn). Thus, it has been written along with the conditions.
