Comment: | Konstantin (Kosta) Atanasov Panitsa (1857 - 1890) was a Bulgarian volunteer (opaltchenets) in the Serbo-Ottoman War of 1876 and in the Russo-Ottoman war 1877 - 1878, and an Officer. Panitsa was sentenced to death and executed in 1890 because of a charge of conspiracy against Prince Ferdinand I. and Prime Minister St. Stambolov. |
