| Comment: | Ivan Evstratiev Geshov (1849 – 1924) was a Bulgarian politician and scholar. He was Chairman of the Bulgarian Literacy Society (1898 - 1911), the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (1911 - 1924) and the Bulgarian Red Cross (1899 - 1924). Geshov formed a Government in March 1911, led the Country through the First Balkan War against the Ottoman Empire, and resigned at the end of May 1913. Haralampi Sarmadzhiev was a Bulgarian lawyer and diplomat. |
