Comment:Count Nikolay Pavlovic Ignatiev (1854 - 1908) was a Russian General and diplomat, member of the Headquarters of the Russian Army during the Russo-Ottoman War 1877 - 1878. On March 3, 1878 Count Ignatiev signed the Preliminary Treaty on behalf of the Russian Empire at San Stefano (now Yeşilköy).
