Object:Studio portrait of Petr Parensov
Description:Half length shot with autograph of a man in military uniform wearing a hat with a cockade and a lot of insignia of honour. He is seated on an armchair adorned with carvings, resting his right arm on a table with two books on it. Recto: hand-written dedication in Russian.
Comment:Petr Dmitrievic Parensov (1848 - 1914) was a Russian General, participant in the Russo-Ottoman War 1977 - 1878 and first Military Minister of the Principality of Bulgaria (1879 - 1880).
