A painted canvas backdrop is creating the illusion of the scene being set in a lounge.
Comment:Members of the Cabinet with Prime Minister Konstantin Stoilov (1853 – 1901), who was a leading Bulgarian politician and twice Prime Minister of the Principality of Bulgaria. His first reign as Prime Minister lasted only for a brief spell in 1887. His second mandate was 1894 - 1899.
