Description:Outdoor photograph of a large group of people - men, women, and children, all in urban clothes, sitting and standing in a meadow.
Comment:Verso: hand-written inscription in Bulgarian and date: Sofia, August 15, 1965: "The photograph was taken in the vicinity of Plovdiv, probably in the village Dermendere (Ferdinandovo) around 1900, where prominent families from Plovdiv used to go on a ramble or picnic"; and the names of the persons marked with numbers on the recto.
