Comment:State stable "Kabiyuk" in the vicinity of Shumen, founded in 1864 by Midhat Pasha as the state stable of the Ottoman Empire; re-opened in 1883 in Eastern Rumelia, closed in 1887 and re-opened once again in 1894 in the Principality of Bulgaria.
