Comment:Todor Genchov Vlaykov (1865 - 1943) was a Bulgarian writer and politician, one of the founders (1895) and President (1898) of the Bulgarian Teachers' Union. He was also among the founders and first leader of the Radical-Democratic Party of Bulgaria.
