Comment: | Dragan Kiriakov Tsankov (1828 - 1911) was a Bulgarian politician and twice Prime Minister of the Principality of Bulgaria (1880 and 1883 - 1884). Aleksander Lyudskanov (1854 - 1922) was a Bulgarian politician and lawyer. He was Minister of Trade and Agriculture (1901; 1913), Minister of Information, and Minister of Home Affairs (1902 - 1903; 1912). He was also a member of the British-Bulgarian Arbitration Court in London (1921). |
