Comment:Todor Pavlov Kozhuharov (1891 - 1945) was a Bulgarian publicist and politician, Minister of Information and Minister of Railway, Postal- and Telegraphic Services (1935 - 1936). He was sentenced to death by a "People's Tribunal" (Naroden sad) in 1945 and executed. He was rehabilitated in 1996.
