Comment:Stoyan Danev (1858 - 1949) was a leading Bulgarian politician. A legal graduate of both the University of Heidelberg and the University of Paris, Dr. Danev served in a number of ministerial positions, including that of Foreign Minister. He was Prime Minister twice (1902 - 1903 and 1913).
