Description:Full length shot of a man wearing a military uniform and a light-coloured fur cap adorned with a prominent feather. He is carrying a sword and holding a pair of white gloves in his left hand. He is standing next to an armchair in front of a painted canvas backdrop creating an illusionistic architectural setting. Recto: autograph in Latin and in Cyrillic letters.
Comment:Anastas Benderev (1859 - 1946) was a revolutionary who became a Bulgarian and Russian officer, lieutenant general of the Russian Army (1916). He was also the author of books on military subjects.
