Object:Group portrait with Serbian peasants
Description:A group of men, women and children is posing in front of a house. All people are wearing traditional clothes; the men dark trousers (čakšire), short dark jackets (jelek) and black scarves wrapped around their heads; the women white dresses, embroidered aprons (pregača), jewelry and white shawls over their heads and shoulders; the children white trousers and shirts as well as dark sleeveless jackets and some of them dark caps.
Comment:Donated to the The Austrian Museum of Folk Life and Folk Art by Dr. E. Schneeweis.
