Description:Full length studio portrait of a group of 33 people (30 women and three men) sitting and standing in five rows. One man wearing a light-coloured jacket is standing on the right, two other men in dark suits are seated in the second row, surrounded by girls in school uniforms and women in town clothes. A woman is holding a scroll, two of the girls in the first row are holding magazines/notebooks.
Comment:The Second Girls' High School opened in 1896/1897. In 1904, the curricula of the girls' and the boys' high schools were adapted to be the same.
