Comment:Count Nikolai Ignatyev (1832 - 1908) was a Russian statesman and diplomat, Ambassador to Constantinople (Istanbul) from 1864 to 1877; active member in negotiations with the Ottoman plenipotentiaries on the Treaty of San Stefano after the Russo-Ottoman War in 1877 - 1878.
