Comment:Mihail Savov (1857 - 1928) was a Bulgarian officer and lieutenant general (as of 1908). He was Minister of Defence twice (1891 – 1894 and 1903 – 1907) and acted as the Bulgarian army's Second-in-Command during the Balkan Wars.
