Comment:Konstantin Kosta D. Glavinić (1858, Belgrade – 1939, Belgrade), son of Dimitrije Đ. Glavinić (1828, Beglgrade – 1871, Belgrade), was a civil engineer who worked as a professor at the Grand École in Belgrade. He was also Mayor of Belgrade (1903–1905; 1906–1907; 1910).
