Comment: | Žanka (Živana) Stokić (1887, Veliko Gradište – 1947, Belgrade) initially worked at various travelling theatres before she was discovered by the Royal National Theatre in Belgrade, where she became a permanent ensemble member. She was one of Branislav Nušić's "muses". After WWII she was put on trial for cooperating with the occupying powers. She was pardoned shortly before her death. However, her rehabilitation was made official until 2009. Dobrica Milutinović (1880, Niš – 1956, Belgrade) was a very popular and talented actor and ensemble member of the Royal National Theatre in Belgrade.
