Comment:Milovan Dj. Glišić (1847, Gradac – 1908, Dubrovnik) was a Serbian writer, dramatist, translator, and literary theorist. From 1881 until 1898 he was the dramatic advisor of the Royal Serbian National Theatre in Belgrade (founded in 1868 by Jovan Đorđević). Under his leadership the theatre offered quality performances at popular prices and at times convenient for the general public. He is sometimes referred to as the Serbian Gogol.
