Object:Group portrait of Darinka Sirotanović and her daughters Bosiljka and Branka
Description:Full-length studio photograph of three women. The oldest one is sitting on a bench, dressed in traditional Serbian town attire with a long skirt and a 'libade' (traditional short-sleeved velvet jacket/yelek). She is wearing her hair in crown braid. The two young women are wearing matching clothes: ornamented blouses and wrap-around skirts of the same fabric. One of them is sitting on a low stool, resting her right elbow on the armrest of the bench. The other young woman is standing in the back.
Comment:The verso provides information on the people in the photograph – who they were and where they are positioned in the picture. Bosiljka Sirotanović is standing.
