| Comment: | Serbian painter Ana Marinković, née Lozanić (1882, Belgrade – 1973), was the daughter of Sima Lozanić (1847–1935), a chemist, first Rector of the University of Belgrade and President of the Serbian Royal Academy of Sciences. In the early 20th century she got married to Vojislav (Voja) Marinković (1876–1935), an influential statesman and eloquent spokesman for Serbia and later for Yugoslavia. She exhibited from 1910 onwards and was one of the founders of ULUS, the Association of Fine Arts of Serbia, in 1919. |
