Description:Exterior of the Beogradska opština taken from the Velika pijaca square. A few workers are either constructing or dismantling scaffolding around the ground floor of the building. Some barely visible road workers can be seen at work in Uzun Mirko Street.
Comment:The photograph was published in the newspaper Vreme on a page dealing with urban development, though without a specific text. The shop on the left is Avram Filipović's hardware store.
