Description:A man in a dark coat and a felt cap is standing in front of the display of an Aşure stand. He is holding a spoon in his right hand and eating something with his left. The market stand is in front of him with displays of Aşure and a large metal kettle. A man in a felt cap and apron is busy with the kettle and at the same time looks towards the customer and the camera. In the background, a wall belonging to Yeni cami.
Comment:Aşure is a dessert made of beans, chickpeas, wheat, rice, raisins, walnuts, pomegranate and sugar. It is widespread in Turkey and the Middle East.
