CommentThe captions on the verso contain German nationalist salutes (Deutscher Heilruf zur Jahreswende! and Alldeutschland Hurrah!) and an excerpt from the Deutschlandlied. The drawings depict the Niederwalddenkmal commemorating German unification, and a monument dedicated to Joseph II. The postcard was published by Fritz Rasch of Celje, who produced several series of postcards with German nationalist themes.
