Description The postcard shows a lithic monument decorated with two crowns, two eagles, weapons and a round sheeld showing the emperors' (Franz Josef I and Wilheml II) hands shaking in the middle of the sea. In the background there are ships. The picture is surrounded by a garland decorated with ribbons in the colours of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the German Empire.
CommentThe postcard features a stamp of the German hall of residence in Celje. The printed text on the verso says that it is obligatory for every German to be part of the "Deutsche Schulverein".
