[1] Decree to İbrāhīm, who is appointed to the Sanjak of Nikopol to receive fodder money, may his fortune endure: It has been decided that the grand ambassador× appointed by the emperor of Austria× will come to my felicitous imperial seat via the Danube River and through Ruscuk to strengthen the foundations of amity. Upon his arrival in Ruscuk, he is to be received together with your entire household troops and all of your officers. Observing the protocols of friendship, he is to be escorted during the journey and at the resting and halting stations. He is to be brought to my felicitous imperial seat in complete safety and security, with utmost assurance and comfort. This decree has been issued regarding that matter.
