Gefultte Huener mit Weinbeeren im brandt sotte Wen die hunner gereiniget sein so nim semmeln Reibe sie vff den Riebeyssen fein klein als dan laß butter in Tiegel zergehen Thue die selbige semmel darein schlag eyer darzu hacke meyeran klein Thus auch hinein vnd wurtz es ab mit ein wenig Ingber vnd saffran Thue darnach die wein beeren darein vnd fulle die hunner darmit vnd wen sie gefullet sein geuß sieden heiß waßer daruber laß sie wol sieden darnach nim geschmeltzte butter in ein Eyssern Pfendlein laß sie wol recht heiß werden als dan wurff einen leffel uol weitzen mehl darein du musts nicht wieder vber das fewer setzen nim darnach wein vnd essig rurs wol durcheinander Thue das gebrantte mehl darzu queils wol mit ein ander vmb wurtz es ab mit Pfeffer saffran vnd zucker Thue auch ein wenig gehackten Meyeran vnd laß wol miteinander vff sieden vnd wen sie wol gesotten so geuß die brue vonn den hunnern abe vnd geuß diesen [74v] sott daruber vnd laß es auch ein gutten sutt miteinander thun wen du es wilt anrichten so schutte ein gutt Theil weinbeeren darzu laß wieder vff sieden so ists Recht etc.
