Ein Ander guett marcipan Ohne Forme zumachen das Sie Obenn wirdt wie ein gefroren Eyß etc. Nehmett Ein halb Pfundt mandelln weiches eine nacht in ein Rein wasser Am Morgen schele sie Aus vnt truckene [217r] sie wohl Abe mitt einem tuche dan so Stoes vndt reibe sie mitt Rossenwasser Abe Aufs Aller duenneste darnach reibett 1/4 libra zucker darein dann nehmett Abblatten vndt machett ein Rundes Boedtlein draus vnndt streich die obgemeltten manndelnn darauff vngefher eines halben fingers dicke wans nun gladt aufgestrichen ist So bestreuhet es vberahl mitt zucker dan so blaß es wiederumb Abe Netze es wohl mitt Roßen wasser dan so bestreuhe es wieder mitt zucker vndt blaß wieder herab das thut ein mahl 3 4 oder 5 darnach mann gerne das Eiss dicke haben will Als dan machtt ein Rendtlein darumb das der zucker [217v] nichtt herab lauffe Setzet die marcipan Auf einen Pasteten herdt oder Tartten Pfhannen vndt backe sie schnell Abe schutte oben viel gluett vndt vnden nicht so viel So wirdt es schoen in einer halben Stunde Aufs lengeste vndt wirdt wie ein gfroren Eiss etc.
