     Mayen schmalltz von Mandel So Nim geschelt Mandelkern ein wenig weiss brots Stoß das in einem Moesser Auß dem selbigen mach sinwelle Aier verbs An die Statt vnd in der mitt legs in ein pfanne geueß ohl darahn bachs so wierdt es gleich Ayrn Im schmaltz   oder mach Ayer darauß schneits nach der leng von ein annder vnd verbs an der Statt da der dotter ligen soll legs in ein schuessel wie sonst hertte Aier geueß fuer den essig ein guetten wein oder Reinfall Muscatell schneit ein grueenes kreuetlein darauff gibs dar etc.
