Ein Manndl Schoten zu machen Nim Mandl Souiel du wilth stoß whol in eim moerscher Nimbs in ein reib scherben vnd reibs so lanng er sich zwischen denn henden zu sammen lest ballen muest Immer die weil du reibst zu troepflein ein wasser hast aber nit Ein reibscherben So mahlß in einer mandlmuehl Inn der dickh wie ein khoch Nim dann denn mandl in ein Pfannen mit aim waßer darin haußenblatter gesoten sein vnd vil zuckher Seued in so lanng alß 2 herte Ayr thu sie dann herab so erkhults so schlag in dann auf ein zine schueßel fein hoch wie ein Schotten so gesteth er geueß ein duenne Mandlmilch daran Etlich vber siedens etliche nicht Aber Ich habs vbersothen vnnd wieder kallt laßen werden vnd angemacht mit zuckher Ich hab auch gesehen das man Inn den mandl zum schotten auf denn disch ein halbß [13v] Meßel Rainfals gethun hat Nim kein haußenblattern Solchen schotten mag man auch in ein form aineß kaeß machen Weinbeer mag man auch vnder denn schotten Nemen ist versucht durch Elisabeth Mautnerin
