Object:Advertisement for the feature film ‘Vendetta’
Description:The framed leaflet features a photograph of a man and woman on the fringes of a wood or scrubland. She is in a horizontal position and has her hands folded over her belly. She has dark hair and is wearing a stud earring in her right ear and a light-coloured dress. She is resting against the right arm of a dark-haired man in a dark coat or jacket and a light-coloured waistcoat. The Serbo-Croatian translation of the English original film title, ‘Vendetta’, is printed across the lower part of the image: ‘Krvna osveta’ (Bloody revenge).
Comment:The film was directed by Mel Ferrer and Steward Heisler and released in 1950.
