A horse-drawn carriage with a coacher is parked in the street outside the building. Some men and children are standing on the pavement. Inscription printed in Bulgarian and French: "Palais de Mr. Otto Bieligk". Recto: name of the photographer and "Neubert" - probably the publisher. Otto Bieligk was a German insurance lawyer, first general director of the Bulgarian "Balkan" Insurance Society, founded in 1895. His house, a representative building, was on "Knyaz Aleksandar Dondukov" Boulevard. In 1901 one of the first tram lines in the city was built along this street. The boulevard became a market street with a number of shops. After World War II the boulevard's appearance changed significantly. Not specified Not specified 162 214 142 201 Bulgaria Sofia Neubert
