A woman is holding an open parasol. Recto: name of the photographer and "Neubert" - probably the publisher.
Comment:The Bulgarian National Bank was founded in 1879 by the temporary Russian government (1877 - 1879). The first building of the Bulgarian National Bank, depicted on this postcard, was on 12 "Alexander I" Street.
