Object:Health professionals from the Temporary Hospital during the Balkan War 1913
Description:Full length outdoor shot of a group of women and men in front of a building. The women are all in white overalls and mostly with white head clothes, only two are without head clothes, one is wearing a nun's veil. Some of the men are in white overalls, some are wearing military uniforms, others are dressed in plain city clothes.
Comment:The building is the Ecclesiastical Seminary in Sofia, which served as a hospital during the Balkan Wars. Verso: hand-written inscription with the calendar date and place the photograph was taken. Printed inscription (from the Archive) with the names and data of seven of the photographed persons, marked on the recto: 1. Dr. Ivan Karamihaylov 2. Dr. Orahovats 3. Student Shulev 4. Vladislav Miladinov 5. Nurse Daneva 6. Dr. Mihaylov, dentist.
