Description:Full length shot of two men. An elderly man is sitting in a chair and a younger man is standing next to him, leaning against a parapet and resting his left arm on a book placed on top of the parapet. Both men are wearing urban clothes. Verso: hand-written signature, date, and dedication in Bulgarian: "To Ms. Nedelka Tsankova as a keepsake from respecting [signature Lyudskanov]. Vienna."
Comment:Dragan Kiriakov Tsankov (1828 - 1911) was a Bulgarian politician and twice Prime Minister of the Principality of Bulgaria (1880 and 1883 - 1884). Aleksander Lyudskanov (1854 - 1922) was a Bulgarian politician and lawyer. He was Minister of Trade and Agriculture (1901; 1913), Minister of Information, and Minister of Home Affairs (1902 - 1903; 1912). He was also a member of the British-Bulgarian Arbitration Court in London (1921).
