Object:Group portrait of girls in folk attire
Description:Full length studio shot of six girls in folk attire, holding baskets and a pitcher. One of the girls is sitting on a fake water well, another one on an artificial rock. The other girls are standing. All of them are richly adorned with necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and their hair is adorned with flowers. One girl is wearing a belt with metal buckles.
Comment:Recto: hand-written inscription: "1882 Girls from Gorna Banya". The decor is the same as in VASE.00961. One of the women in the picture also appears in VASE.00964. Some of the women's attires are identical with those in VASE.00966.
