Comment:Petar Sarafov (1842 - 1915) was a Bulgarian teacher, publicist and lecturer for Turkish Language at the military school in 1906. The Military school was founded in 1878 in Plovdiv, and was moved to Sofia the same year. On 19 April 1924 it was promoted to university status.
