Description:Full-length shot of a couple dressed in town attire. They are standing behind a parapet, which is partly covered with a ćilim (woven tapestry-style rug). The woman is holding a pair of gloves in front of her. A painted canvas backdrop is creating the impression of the scene being set in a park.
Comment:Photograph kept in Anastas Jovanović's album. Milan Hadži Popović was the son of Anastas Jovanović's sister Katarina and her husband Nikola Hadži Popović, who was a high Serbian official. The photograph is dedicated to the Milan Hadži Popović's uncle (Anastas), Katica (his daughter Katarina) and Joca (his son Jovan).
