Description:Full-length shot of a boy wearing a sailor suit and a sailor cap. He is holding a pair of white gloves in his left hand. The child is standing in front of a wooden chair with a ćilim (woven tapestry-style rug) in the background. He is holding a walking stick in his right hand. A painted canvas backdrop is creating the impression of the scene being set outdoors.
Comment:Dušan Jovanović was one of four children of Darinka and Milan Jovanović. Milan Jovanović (1863, Vršac – 1944, Belgrade) was one of the most influential photographers of his generation and worked as a court photographer in his studio in Belgrade.
