Comment:Dimitar Mishev (1856/7 - 1932) was a publicist and politician, teacher, deputy (1884 - 1886; 1908 - 1911), and Secretary of the Bulgarian Exarchate; he was a founding member and publisher of the newspaper "Tsarkoven vestnik" (Ecclesiastical newspaper), a freemason, and a member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
