Comment:Konstantin Stoilov (1853 - 1901) was a Bulgarian lawyer and politician, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religions of Bulgaria 1881 – 1883, 1886, 1896 – 1899; Minister of Justice 1886 - 1887, 1887 -1888; and Prime Minister of Bulgaria 1887 and 1894 - 1899. Konstantin Stoilov married Hristina Tapchileshtova on January 31, 1888, and they had five children: four sons and a girl.
