Huener mit klosen etc. Nim ein hun das zurlege setz es bey kueles sauber aus darnach laß es wieder wol sieden vnd wens gar ist so nim die brust von den hun loeß das fleisch rein abe hacks fein klein vffs kleinste du kanst als nim frische backene semmel so frisch [73v] du sie haben kanst kanst schlag eyer darein wurtz es ab mit muscatten blumen vnd Ingber mach es nicht zu dunne damit du es mit ein leffel kanst heraus nemen das es wirdt wie die kloeßlein als nim einen leffel nach dem andern weltze Iedes in mehl doch ein klein wenig das es kaum zu erkennen ist vnd wen das hun ein halbe virttel stundt ehe du wilt anrichten wol sieden lest so lege als dan ein wenig frische butter darein wurtz es ab mit Ingber vnd ein wenig muscatten blumen so ists recht etc.
