Marcipan Nimb geriben oder gestossen mandel der gar Clein ist so er gestossen ist so Nim schmeckent Rosenwassr da wiert er weiß von thue schier Alsvil zucker darein alls mandel Nim der oblatt vnd die leg Auf ein Babier darnach thue den Marcipan groß wilt machen so Nim die oblatt darahn es hast Aneinander Sonst zu grossen Marcipan ist ein oblatt zu Clein Nim dan ein Ring er sej hueltzen oder eisern zwerchen fingers groß setz Auf den zusam gemachten oblatt schneits nach dem Ring vmb vnd vmb so wierd es scheueblich Aber ehe du es abschneitest thue den mandel in ring gleich Alls hoch der ring ist gleichs fein An zeuech dan den ring vber sich auf vnd see Auf den Marcipan Coriander pachnen enis Nim den scheueß Auff ein hafen deckh die man zu den Pastetten pfannen hatt scheueß aber Papier vnd pachs Aber Inn der Pastetten Pfannen [188v] so lang biß fein herttlet oben vber wierdt So Nim dan die deckh Auf die pfann schuet es gemehlich abher Auf ein schons prethlein gibs kalltt fuer ein essen oder An dem Abent fuer ein Schlafftrunckh Ittem man macht Aigen pfannen zu denn Marcipan doerffent nit so hoch sein als die Pasteten pfannen Mueß ein Keßler oder Kupffer schmidt machen ob Aber einer Ieder selben pfannen keine moecht haben so sol man sonst ein pfannen nehmen vnd mit speurlein ain gatter darein legen vnd den Marcipan drauf legen setz die pfannen darauf entbohr das nit gar auf der gluett stehet thue ein Hafen deckh drauf mit einer gluett guf die pfann etlich nehmen der vber den mandel auch ein oblad aber es dunckht mich nach besser sein es sej oben bloß vnd mit Confect vber sehet Mues eben drauf sehen das es sich nit Prenne
