Vela (Avgusta) Nigrinova (1862, Ljubljana – 1908, Belgrade) was the daughter of a Czechoslovakian father and a Slovenian mother. She was married to Davorin Jenko, a Slovenian composer and the author of the Serbian national anthem 'Bože pravde'. Vela is considered a superb early Serbian actress.
